Verification
 
Your ride can be verified in one of two ways.
 

  1. By sending us a link to your online ride data for example with STRAVA, Garmin Connect or any other similar cycling software which you use.

  2. By sending us a photo of your bike computer with the distance, time and elevation clearly shown. This must be accompanied by a discription of the route taken.


We'll also need the following information:
 

  1. Your full name

  2. Your age

  3. Female or Male

  4. Date ride completed

  5. Nationality
